Hi, I’m Cathal — and you’re very welcome here.

 

Cathal’s Intuition grew from a genuine passion for helping people find clarity, reassurance, and a deeper understanding of what’s going on beneath the surface of their lives. My approach to tarot is warm, honest, and grounded. I don’t believe the cards are about fear or fixed predictions — I see them as a powerful tool for reflection, insight, and gentle guidance when you need it most.

 

My journey into this work has been a blend of personal experience and professional training. I hold a Bachelor of Commerce from UCC and I’m also a qualified Health & Fitness Instructor through the National Training Centre. Along the way, I felt increasingly drawn toward the emotional and psychological side of wellbeing, which led me to complete a Certificate in Counselling and Psychotherapy with PCI College.

 

I’ve continued to deepen my understanding through workshops in Gestalt Psychotherapy with the Gestalt Institute of Ireland, trauma work with Gabor Maté, and specialised training in tarot and Jungian psychology with Green Tara. All of this shapes how I work today — combining intuition with a compassionate, trauma-aware, and down-to-earth approach.

 

People often come to me when they’re at a crossroads, feeling stuck, or simply looking for reassurance and perspective. My role is not to tell you what to do, but to help you see your situation more clearly so you can move forward feeling more confident and supported.

 

I offer both online readings (from anywhere in the world) and in-person sessions in Clonmel.
